BSC favorite, Anthony Gomes showed up at the Blind Willie McTell Festival in Thompson, GA. His rhythm section put down the funk, while he thrilled the audience with his soulful guitar solos. This summer Anthony was in Memphis at Ardent Studios recording his new album (which is scheduled for release in the spring 2006). Recently, the band has opened for such greats as B.B. King and the Doobie Brothers, and will continue working hard, touring extensively this fall.
Performing for over sixty years, Eddie Cusic is one of the original fathers of the Blues.
